Monthly RV spots available near Lake Wappapello!

We have 8 RV spots available immediately on Beverly Drive in Wappapello, MO.

We’re located on the northeast side of Lake Wappapello, within walking distance of Cousins Bar & Grill and Pierce Landing.

This is a small private property where we also have a completely remodeled mobile home that we refer to as “the cabin” along with a tiny home on the property.

I’ve included a few pictures of the cabin and tiny home so you can get a better feel for the layout of the area.

The only camper currently on the property is our own personal camper, so the RV spots are brand new and ready for monthly renters.

Each RV spot includes:

30/50 amp electric
Water
Sewer
Wi-Fi
Trash service

Monthly stays preferred.

$400/month or $4,000 for the year.

Electric is included with reasonable usage.

Dogs are welcome with responsible owners. Pets must be kept under control, cleaned up after, and not disturb others.

There is also a shared 24x30 storage shed on the property. Limited storage may be available for smaller items, outdoor gear, or possibly a side-by-side, depending on space.
