There are a lot of great spots around Kalamazoo—but one that continues to stand out for us is Holy Grounds Meeting Place right in the heart of the Vine Neighborhood.

Not only is it one of the best places in the city to grab a cup of coffee, it’s a space that’s truly built for community.

St. Clair proudly serves on the board for the nonprofit side of Holy Grounds, and it’s become his go-to spot to work remotely, meet with people, and stay connected to what’s happening in the neighborhood. If you stop in Wednesday through Saturday, there’s a good chance you’ll see him set up with his laptop or sitting down with someone over coffee.

Great menu. Incredible atmosphere. Even better people.

This is what community looks like—and we’re grateful to be a small part of it.

This morning, Stclair had the opportunity to attend the CBRT (Christian Business Round Table), spending time alongside some of the most influential leaders in our community. It was a great morning of connection, conversation, and purpose-driven networking.

We also heard a strong presentation from Joe Dyer with the Disher Group—full of insight and practical takeaways that challenge how we think about leadership, business, and impact.

A big thank you to Sneller’s Snow & Ground for the invitation—we’re truly grateful for the relationship we’ve built through the Southwest Michigan First Chamber.

Grateful to be in rooms like this, surrounded by people who care about doing business the right way and making a real impact in our community.

This morning a client called after tornado damage from last night’s storms. St.Clairs response was simple: “I’ll be there in 30 minutes.”
He showed up, took photos, filed the claim, and walked them through everything. When he left, they were smiling.
Meanwhile, in that same area just minutes down the road, another company has left families hanging for over a year. No urgency. No advocacy. Just frustration.
Two houses.
