🎃 Tricked Out Home 5 Halloween Decorating Contest: The Resurgence 👻

It’s time to get your home tricked out for Halloween! Enter the City of Portage’s annual Halloween decorating contest and show off your best spooky, creative, and spectacular decorations.

👉🏼 View contest rules and submit your entry online at https://www.portagemi.gov/FormCenter/Public-Information-22/Tricked-Out-Home-5-Halloween-Decorating--153. Provide your address, contact information, and photos of your decorated home. Entry deadline: Wednesday, October 21 at 11:59 PM.

Every home entered will be featured on an interactive Tricked Out Home map, giving residents a chance to explore the Halloween decorations throughout Portage.

🗳 Once the Tricked Out Home map is posted, it’s up to you to choose your favorites! Voting opens Friday, October 23 and closes Monday, October 26. Click on the link on the interactive map found on the city’s page. Only one vote per household/IP address.

A Judge’s Choice Award will be selected by a top-secret community judge. The award is open to all contest participants, so even if your home doesn’t place in the top three, you’ll still have a chance to win.

🏆 First-, second-, and third-place winners, along with the Judge’s Choice winner, will be announced on the city’s social media pages on Wednesday, October 28. Winners will receive a special certificate and prize, presented in person at the Portage City Council meeting on Wednesday, November 4, at 6 PM.
