🚨 ATTENTION STATE FARM CUSTOMERS — CATASTROPHE CUSTOMER CARE SITES ARE NOW OPEN 🚨

Following the severe weather that recently impacted Northwest Indiana, additional Catastrophe Customer Care Sites have been established to provide in-person support for State Farm policyholders. ❤️

🗓️ OPEN: Monday–Saturday
⏰ Hours: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM CT

These locations are open as of Friday, August 14, 2026, and will have Auto and Fire claims personnel available to assist policyholders with a variety of needs, including:

• Claim questions and inquiries
• Claim settlements
• Claim resolution
• Additional support following the recent storms

🌩️ OFFICE CLOSURE – STORM DAMAGE UPDATE 🌳

Due to the storms and a power outage, our office will be closed today. We hope everyone is staying safe!

📞 Our phones will be forwarded to our 24-hour emergency coverage while we are without power, so you can still reach assistance if you need it.

If you have storm damage, here are a few important reminders:

🏠 If a tree is down and has landed on your home, car, or another structure on your property, and you have the proper coverage and need to file a claim, our initial loss reporting number is 855-259-8568.

🛠️ If you need to tarp, move, remove, or repair anything to prevent further damage, please go ahead and take the necessary steps to protect your property. Just be sure to:

📸 Take plenty of pictures and videos
🧾 Keep all receipts
📝 Keep documentation of any temporary repairs or services

Your safety comes first. Please do not put yourself in danger trying to address storm damage.
