💰 Higher Loan Limits: We’ve increased our personal loan credit limit from $5,000 to $7,500 to help you tackle those bigger projects.
💳 Simplified Payments: We are officially an ACH originator! We’re encouraging all members to switch their auto-payments from debit cards to ACH. No more worrying about expired cards or re-entering numbers every few years.

April is Credit Union Youth Month!

The month of April aims to get children and teens excited about money and finances, encourage financial literacy from a young age, and teach kids about the importance of saving money.

Getting your child started at a credit union is a great way for them to have a lasting relationship with their financial institution. GESB Sheet Metal Workers FCU prides itself on helping multiple generations of tradesmen throughout the years. During the month of April, when you open up a kids club account* (ages 12 and under) for your child, the credit union will match your deposit up to $25. Regular savings accounts are available for kids 13 and up. Ask us about direct deposit options for you to add to your child’s account from each vacation pay deposit. Once opened make sure to perform 1 transaction per year to keep the account active.
