BEB Capital’s finance platform, BEB Lending provided $5.85M in acquisition financing for an industrial property at 894-896 Boston Post Road in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The bridge loan secured by Patriot Holdings represents our first lending transaction in Massachusetts.

We were able to provide Patriot Holding, an institutional owner, with access to financing to acquire this industrial asset that will offer a unique value-add opportunity with tremendous upside. This property gives them the ability to both utilize the existing square footage as well as the outdoor area for storage. Produce wholesaler Krystal Fruits & Vegetables has signed a 150,000 square foot lease at BEB’s 300 Michael Drive in Syosset, NY. Krystal will use the space at the industrial property, formerly occupied by Sub-Zero and Walmart, for storage and distribution. The company is one of the largest produce purveyors servicing the New York metro area, and with the expansion of its newly created home delivery service, they needed a space that fit their growing business needs. We’re excited that Mike Longo chose 300 Michael Drive and we’re looking forward to building a long-term partnership with him. You can read the full story in NYBJ by I-Chun Chen.

We launched this division to provide private, quick, and creative financing solutions for commercial real estate assets in primary and secondary markets across the nation, originating loans of up to $50 million. The speed to market and flexibility we offer with this platform is a win-win for our borrowers and BEB Capital. We’re targeting an additional $150 million in deployed capital by year-end.
