🏠 Housing Assistance Applications Now Open

Applications are now open for the City of Fort Pierce’s Foreclosure Assistance Program and Residential Rehabilitation Program for the 2025–2026 funding cycle.

These programs help income-eligible homeowners within the city limits prevent foreclosure, make critical home repairs, and maintain safe housing. A total of $356,368 in SHIP funding is available.

⏳ Applications are accepted on a first-submitted, first-qualified, first-served basis and will remain open until funds are exhausted.

⚠️ Mandatory orientation required before applying.
Applications will not be reviewed without proof of orientation attendance.
