That pressure doesnā€™t always mean youā€™re doing something wrong.

Sometimes itā€™s the exact thing sharpening you for the next level.

Iā€™ve learned not to judge the path by how comfortable it feels.

Keep going.

Fear has a funny way of making the right decision feel like the wrong one.

Starting in insurance.
Going independent.
Making the call.
Betting on yourself when thereā€™s no guarantee it works.

Some of the best things in my life came after doing something I was genuinely afraid to do.

So for once, stop waiting until youā€™re not scared.

Do it scared.

Rides, way too much walking, kids having the time of their livesā€¦ and somehow we managed to stop long enough to get the family picture šŸ˜‚

These days go by fast.

Glad weā€™re making plenty of memories while theyā€™re still this little.

Tickets.
Hotel.
Food.
Parking.
Kids asking for something every 14 seconds.

And somehow this place is PACKED every single day šŸ˜‚

3. The best sales agents donā€™t ā€œconvinceā€..

The best salespeople Iā€™ve trained werenā€™t the best talkers.

They were the best listeners.

They asked better questions.
They actually listened to the answers.
And they learned how to identify what the client really needed instead of forcing a sale.

Thatā€™s one of the biggest lessons sales has taught me:

You donā€™t need to become more convincing.
You need to become better at understanding people.

After years of selling and training agents, Iā€™m going to start sharing more of what actually moves the needle.

People always ask me why I care so much about having control over my time.

The thing is, Iā€™ll never get this version of my kids again.

Every trip, every weekend, every random family day becomes a memory. And suddenly, the years have gone by.

I used to think success was about working harder, earning more, and providing more.

But being present for the life youā€™re working so hard to provide matters too.

Thatā€™s why I started learning new skills and building income outside of the traditional 9ā€“5. Not because I wanted to work moreā€¦

I wanted more control over when, where, and how I worked.

One day they wonā€™t need Dad to hold their hand. One day these moments will just be memories.

You can always make more money.

You canā€™t make them little again. ā¤ļø

More time. More freedom. More moments that matter.

I used to think working 3ā€“4 jobs was the answer.

More hours. More work. More income.

But eventually I realized I didnā€™t need another jobā€¦ I needed to learn a skill that could create income without constantly trading more of my time for it.

That shift changed everything for me.

Now Iā€™m big on learning skills, staying consistent and doing the work DAILY.

You donā€™t need to change your whole life overnight.

Just start learning something that can eventually change it. šŸ’Æ
