Story time, Medicare beneficiaries.

"I received a call from a new client. He was turning 65 and Medicare was charging him an extra high Part B Premium because they were looking at income from 2 years ago and he had since retired.

❗️❗️ Medicare was charging him over $500 a month for his Part B premiums!! Plus a penalty on his Part D.

📌 I gave him the necessary forms and the phone number to the semi-local Social Security office with guidance on what to say and how to get the forms to them.

After 3 months, they finally were notified that the premium is going to be the normal amount of $174.70 a month!
