Moberly Insurance is happy to participate in the Pet Food Drive for the St. Lucie County Humane Society. While it is a competition, our goal is to simply provide a drop off location for our generous friends, customers, families, etc. that might like to donate food and treats to the shelter. As you can imagine our area shelters are filled to the brim with loveable animals needing to find their forever homes. Thank you in advance for your generosity! Feel free to stop by our office located at 501 SE Port St. Lucie Blvd, Port St. Lucie between now and November 30th. Our office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

Our Catastrophe Response Teams are standing by (in person!) to serve our customers whose homes were impacted by Hurricane Ian.

We are participating in the Department of Financial Services Insurance Villages in the following locations daily (please note the new Fort Myers location) from 8 am to 6 pm EST to help our customers begin the claims process and get on the road to recovery:

Players Development Complex - 4301 Edison Ave., Fort Myers, FL 33916
Port Charlotte Town Center - 1441 Tamiami Tr., Port Charlotte, FL 33948

If possible, please bring the following documentation to make the process as smoothly as possible:

• Driver’s License/State ID
• Policy Information
• Photos and other documentation of the loss

⚠️Be Aware of Fraud⚠️

Unscrupulous contractors will be canvassing neighborhoods after Hurricane Ian subsides. Beware of these "storm chasers" - they may appear friendly but they may NOT have your best interests at heart.

Read contracts very carefully and do not sign anything you don't fully understand. Call your insurance company or your insurance agent for guidance, and Florida CFO Jimmy Patronis at 1-877-MY-FL-CFO if you suspect that fraudulent activity is possible.
