Thinking about starting a Youtube Channel. Im not really good at the social media thing but I am going to try to start posting more.

New project house on the way.

It may look a little rough but this house has some serious potential. Great structure and lots of extra features like a massive backyard and a sun room.

There is going to be a lot of work that goes into this house but it's going to look like a gem.

Not to mention it's in a great area.

The opportunity to hear Shaun share his insights and expertise about creating a clear and concise vision was invaluable. His depth of knowledge and engaging delivery left a lasting impression on me and everyone in attendance. The topics discussed were not only thought-provoking but also incredibly relevant to our industry.

I can't wait for the opportunity to get to speak with him longer.
