She was this close to selling her dream farm. 🐴

It was a beautiful property in South Carolina with nearly 100 acres. There were multiple barns, riding arenas, and a cross-country eventing field she had poured her heart into with a vision to build it into world-class show grounds.

Unfortunately, the property was tied up with investors and she wasn't sure she could keep it on her own.

A real estate agent referred her to me and I'm so glad they did.

We worked through a commercial agricultural refinance that bought out the investors and put this farm solely in her name. The transaction went smoothly, the closing happened, and this incredible facility gets to keep growing into everything she envisioned.

I felt this one as a fellow equestrian. Behind the paperwork was a woman fighting to keep her horses, her land, and the dream she'd been pouring herself into. She needed someone who understood that this was not just numbers on a spreadsheet.
