What are y'all doing for Workers Comp lately? I have been using Appalachian but it seems like they are having some significant issues - WC audits have been botched on the auditors side and took forever to correct, and I have a cancellation that was submitted 4 months ago and is still not cancelled. For those of you writing Citizens who do not have EzLynx and had to install it due to CItizens new requirements - How are you dealing with this? We use QuoteRush and now for our first Citizens customer requiring EzLynx we had to type the customer into EzLynx in addition to QuoteRush. What are the rest of you doing? We contacted Citizens UW today to find out if the have a Citizens psycho ward for insurance agents. ;))

I have an office condo complex that I am trying to get property coverage on. It has a TPO membrane roof that was last replaced in 2000, but had a liquid membrane rolled on in 2018. This has supposedly extended the life of the roof, a recent inspection gave it 5+ years of life and it is under warranty by the installer for 15 more years. I can't find anyone that will insure it due to the original roof age of 2000. Anyone have ideas of where I might be able to place this one? TIA for your help.

Is anyone having trouble with the Slide website? I haven't been able to access any policies since Tuesday evening, and this morning Slide told me to try it again in a half hour. Almost 3 hours later it's still down.
