Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Port Orange, FL. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Tasks include day-to-day servicing of insurance policies, coverage changes, updates to occupancy, renewal reviews, and obtaining cross-sale opportunities for sales agents.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment confidently & efficiently
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in learning how to navigate agency management software and the ability to easily navigate Microsoft, Outlook, Excel, etc...
Florida Personal Lines 4-40, 20-44, 2-20 required (willing to work with the right candidate on licensing)
Experience in the industry in Florida is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.
