When I tell you that from start to finish, Taylor was with us every step of the way! It started with a Google search looking for reputable lenders (copilot recommended reaching out to a minimum of 4). Cross Country came up as a recommended lender for the area we were looking. I reached out to 4 lenders and Taylor was the only one who called me back, not only that, he called me back within the hour! He was patient, kind, answered every single question we had as first time home buyers and walked us through all the steps. He was super flexible with us as we were originally contemplating a 203b loan for a fixer upper and ended up changing our minds and went with FHA. Taylor and his team at Cross Country made our first time home buying experience go so smoothly. We closed in under 30 days! I cannot recommend him enough.
