Chance was professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer questions throughout the entire process. As a first-time buyer transaction with multiple offers involved, communication and timing were extremely important, and he handled everything smoothly and efficiently.
He kept everyone informed, worked hard to make sure deadlines were met, and helped make the closing process feel much less stressful for everyone involved. You can truly tell that he cares about his clients and takes pride in what he does.
