The Oberman Companies is looking to hire a Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive. This individual will manage the day-to-day insurance needs for an existing book of Real Estate/ Wholesaler/Nonprofit clients. This candidate must:

- Be comfortable with a fast past environment
- Have experience in negotiating client renewals and/or premiums
- Be Front facing with clients and carriers
- Have a valid commercial insurance license
- Have experience working in AMS 360.
- Have 9-15 years of experience working in an independent or corporate insurance brokerage firm.

Tropical Storm Fay has formed off the east coast and the National Weather Service has issued tropical storm and flash flood warnings for Maryland and northward into New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, southeast New York and southern New England.

Fay is expected to produce 2 to 4 inches of rain with wind gust over 45 mph. Winds at these speeds can easily turn unsecured objects into projectile and cause both minor and major power outages. We would like to take this opportunity to ask you to remind you to be prepared for this weather event.

Here are a few tips to aid in preparation for this weather event:
Charge your cell phone
Stay clear of flooded streets
Do not use generators indoors
Bring in unsecured objects from patios and balconies and secure outdoor objects such as lawn furniture or garbage cans.
If you have a disability or access needs, or use Life Sustaining Equipment (LSE) and need immediate assistance, dial 911.
