🚨 IMPORTANT SYSTEM UPDATE — 12:15 P.M. CT

Our core processor has identified the cause of the service interruption. A network configuration issue caused credit union connections to shut down automatically as a protective measure, resulting in intermittent connectivity overnight and this morning.

Please be assured:

* This was not a security event or cyberattack.
* There was no hardware failure.
* Remediation is currently underway.

Our core processor expects to provide an estimated restoration time within the next hour. We will share another update as soon as more information is available.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your continued patience.

Our core processor continues to address a network issue affecting hosting servers. Their teams are actively working to restore service as quickly as possible while completing a thorough investigation.

All Port Arthur Community Federal Credit Union locations will be closed Monday, October 12, in observance of Columbus Day.

Normal business hours will resume Tuesday, October 13. Members can continue to access their accounts through online banking, mobile banking, and our ATM network.
