Role Description
The account manager is responsible for day-to-day account management for our clients with complex coverage needs including coverage/policy questions, claims handling, and providing high customer service satisfaction
Qualifications
Individual must be highly dependable and punctual
P &C insurance license
Commercial Lines Insurance Experience
Must be a self starter with good communication skills, both verbal and written
Need to be analvtical and detailed oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment with little supervision
People-oriented - enjoys interacting with People-oriented - enjoys interacting with people and working on Insured's business accounts.
Applied EPIC Management System
Experience in property and casualty insurance is required
Inside service including quoting and writing business for new and existing accounts
Handle and oversee account renewals, remarkets, endorsements, billing and claims reporting
Review accounts for current, accurate coverage and cross selling
Assist and provide technical support to
