“I feel like it’s cliché to say this, but I’ve stayed for so long because of the people. But it’s true, and the fact that leadership, regardless of where I was at in the company, always was so family-like. You work with everyone for 40 hours a week, so they become like your family.

I had no mortgage knowledge whatsoever when I started. I came in super green and the reason I applied was because we had just bought a house and I didn’t really understand the process.
