Very cool for Pontiac tomorrow!

Downtown Pontiac will be the place to be tomorrow (6/23) afternoon! The Great Race cars on display with a festival atmosphere. Numerous food stands and some retail shops open too!

Parking will be available at all three City lots on Water (Dargan lot & 2 across from Humiston Riverside Park) and the Eagle lot. There is street parking down Water from Plum to Vermilion and from Locust to Hazel; on Washington & Madison, east of Chicago. Plus more street parking just south of the Mill St. bridge.

Don’t let a few block walk keep you from seeing this exciting event in our town!!

Once again I am just so honored to be a part of this amazing organization. Thank you to all who donate - you make a lot of children very happy!

26,000 Toys!!!!! Yes your read that right !!!!26,000 toys were given away starting in November to over 7,000 children in McLean county to include 10 schools, 7 service agencies, 3 foster care programs, and 500 families at our Christmas distribution! We can’t be more proud of the community and stepping up each year to give children hope!!! Many thanks to everyone that helped out, from those that hosted a collection box, to individuals that ran toys drives, to our volunteers that picked up toys, helped with distribution, final counts and warehouse clean up! A big thank you to YouthBuild McLean for hosting our toy warehouse and distribution. Thank you to O’Brien automotive for their radio sponsorship and support of our bowling for toys event! Shout out to our Santa’s of summer and First State Mortgage for a new and wonderful fundraiser this year! Our bowling for toys group who have done wonderful things with our fundraiser another full house this year! To our local 362 for all their help and organization! I know we missed some so our hearts and thanks go out to all!!!! We will see you in a couple of months for our 25th year here in McLean county!!!
