The people you work with make a difference. I was able to speak with two VA buyers, already under contract with the same call center lender, after 6 p.m. both said the same thing…poor communication and their realtor told them to call me! I am happy to say that they both have completed applications, uploaded docs and disclosures are underway. Both buyers are first-time purchasers who required additional care and attention to feel supported throughout the process. Of course, we are already best friends!!😂🤣

🚫 Don't let those sneaky solicitations fool you with their "legitimate-looking" mail! It's probably just junk mail or another unsolicited offer for something you don't need. 😒

💬 Before you start dialing any 1-800 numbers or giving out your personal information, give your lender/loan officer a call first. We love hearing from past clients and will give you the skinny on what offers are legit and which ones are just a waste of time.

Super excited for these first time home buyers! This was such the perfect home for them. Sometimes divine intervention happens in life and you can look back and see why things happened the way they did. ✨💫

Rewind to the beginning of 2021 this couple was hunting for a condo, over 11 unseccessful offers they were left defeated and without their condo. They had to take a break 😔
