💥USDA DEAL CLOSED!!!💥

Join us in celebrating another milestone in rural business growth! This week the Veritex Bank Government Lending team closed a $5.85 million USDA Business & Industry Loan in Hannibal, Missouri. 👏

The borrowers will use the loan to acquire an existing hotel. 🏨 The project’s rural location qualifies it for government-guaranteed financing through the USDA’s Rural Development Program.

In addition to acquiring the Missouri hotel, the borrowers will complete $700,000 in required property improvements. The minor brand refresh will include new paint, carpet, and $300,000 for new furniture and fixtures.

👉 Congratulations to VP, GGL Sales Manager Edgar Escobar on another successful closing. This year Edgar and the team have closed a total of $17,600,000 in USDA B&I funding. 🎉
