The people you work with make a difference. I was able to speak with two VA buyers, already under contract with the same call center lender, after 6 p.m. both said the same thing…poor communication and their realtor told them to call me! I am happy to say that they both have completed applications, uploaded docs and disclosures are underway. Both buyers are first-time purchasers who required additional care and attention to feel supported throughout the process. Of course, we are already best friends!!😂🤣
