Did you know two people can get quotes for the SAME house… and pay completely different premiums? 👀

It’s not random… it’s your insurance score. Many homeowners have never heard of it, but most insurance carriers use it (along with your credit-based insurance history, claims history, and more) to help determine your rate.

So yes, when house shopping… the house definitely matters. But the person insuring the house matters too. 🏠

Not just any award… but the FASTEST Shield Award winner. 🏆✨

I had a full year to hit this milestone. Did it in 3 months. 😳

And honestly, I still can’t fully wrap my head around it. I won’t and can’t pretend this was all me. It was every client who trusted me, every referral partner who took a chance on me, and every “yes” that added up to this very moment.

But I’ll also say this: hard work, perseverance, consistency, and simply being unapologetically myself got me here too.

No gimmicks. No pretending to be someone I’m not. No trying to fit into a box.

🎉🎉🎉

Congratulations to our newest first time homeowner!!! 🎉 When I first spoke to Ms Ja, she wasn’t sure if she was ready to start the process or not… she was nervous and her lease was up in 3 weeks!! 😳 Luckily, she was able to work with the one and only Q.Ross who found her the perfect home right away and helped her get to the closing table with $0 due today because of his amazing negotiating skills paired with our down payment assistance programs! Huge shoutout to everyone involved in getting this to closing so quickly and smoothly! Here’s to the next one!! 💐🏡🔑

Over the weekend I had the opportunity to be a sponsor at Hey Girl I See You Blossoming Mixer, to connect with some incredible women, to share a little about what I do, and remind myself that growth happens outside of our comfort zones. ✨

As an insurance agent, I love protecting what matters most, but events like this remind me that relationships are just as valuable as policies. Every conversation, every new connection, and every opportunity to serve starts with simply saying “yes.”
