Does your family depend on the income that you are bringing in?

Are you the sole provider or do you have a two income household?

What happens when that income is no longer coming into the household because of the loss of a loved one?

What will happen when the life insurance benefit with your employer is not enough to replace the income that you are bringing into your household to provide for your family?

Will your family still be able to maintain the same standard of living? How long will they be able to maintain that standard?

Most employers only provide 2-3x your annual salary and some do not offer any life insurance benefits at all.

Life Insurance at work is not a guarantee and should not be depended on. Always have a policy outside of your employer that you are in control of.

We will all die someday. Just make sure that you and your family are prepared. Life insurance is your personal financial responsibility.
