The sellers tried to sell last year but it didn’t work out. This time, they interviewed a few agents, and I was honored when they chose me.
We took a fresh approach: staging, great photos + video, Zillow Showcase, strategic pricing, targeted marketing, and open houses. In under two months, we were under contract. Even better, I met the buyers at one of those open houses. They were first-time homebuyers, and I was so excited to help them through the process.
From there, it was all about creating a win for everyone:
