ate brokerage and provides property management services that entail preservation and ongoing monthly maintenance. She previously owned a mortgage company, My Mortgage Broker, Inc., that catered to the needs of residential and commercial clients. Since the inception of the business in 2002, Jessica not only exceeded her sales goals, but also her customers’ expectations. She has also streamlined the process of buying, managing and selling real estate, a system which she calls the Real Estate Rules of Engagement™. In 2015, Jessica established My School, a state-licensed real estate school for brokers and agents, which provides them with a variety of learning tools and the most up-to-date laws and regulations in the real estate industry. My School is ideal for those who wish to pursue their sales associate or real estate broker license. Currently, Jessica is an active member of the Miami Association of Realtors® and was also a member of the South Broward Board of Realtors® where she served as the editor for their publication, Real News, for several years. The South Broward Board of Realtors® (SBBOR) presented Jessica the Lifetime Realtor® Honor Award for her outstanding work where she chaired, vice chaired, and was a member of numerous committees.
