September 2023, I hired a social media manager from the Philippines to work on my insurance page. We agreed for a $150 per month. Gave him a go signal to work on my page. After 1 month of everyday work he needs to get paid, but I did not pay him because I don't have any money to pay for his work.
I told him he will get paid around December but I still did not pay him, HAHAHAHAHA! I asked him to expect the payment on January 2024 but still no payment, HAHAHAHAHA! He asked for the payment after 6 months from January but still did not pay him, HAHAHAHA! It iritates me that he is still waiting to get paid so I started to make some excuses and getting mad at him so that he won't ask me again. I told him he will get it when he gets it.
October 2024, its been a year this stupid Filipino Freelancer still thinks that he will get paid. What did I do? got mad at him and sent him an all caps "YOU WILL GET IT WHEN YOU GET IT"
Filipinos are empathetic, tell them something bad happened to you and they will easily believe and you can get away from payments. Now its 2025 and this idiot still believes he will get paid. Sorry stupid Filipino freelancer. YOU WILL GET IT WHEN YOU GET IT! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
