BayCare Health System has reached a new agreement with United Healthcare to protect your in-network access to the facilities and physicians you know and trust.

The new agreement means your in-network access is uninterrupted for the following insurance plans:
United Healthcare commercial (employer-provided plans),
United Healthcare Medicare Advantage,
United Healthcare Medicaid or
United Behavioral Health(also known as Optum.)
Please plan to keep all your current scheduled appointments.

We have been working in good faith with United Healthcare to establish a new, fair network agreement that will protect patients’ ability to continue choosing BayCare physicians, hospitals and other facilities and services for their care.

Part A is usually premium-free if you paid into the system for 10+ years, but Part B still has a monthly premium. On top of that, you’ll likely have deductibles, copays, and coinsurance to pay out of pocket.
