Two years in business TODAY… and what a journey it’s been.

What started as a vision has grown into something so much bigger than just policies and paperwork. The below video is my "why":

It's not just when life is easy, but especially when it isn’t.
When the unexpected happens.
When families need protection, guidance, and someone in their corner.

That’s what this has always been about — showing up, building trust, and making sure our clients feel seen, supported, and taken care of every step of the way.

To our clients, friends, and community — thank you for trusting us, supporting us, and growing with us these past two years. We wouldn’t be here without you.

Big things have been happening behind the scenes… and we can finally say it — we’ve MOVED-right up the road on the Polk City square: 212 W Van Dorn St Polk City, IA. Right next to Fenders Brewing.

We know we have been really quiet lately, it’s because our team at Farm Bureau Financial Services has been packing boxes, coordinating logistics, and getting everything ready for an exciting new office space. It’s been a whirlwind (the good kind), and we cannot wait to welcome you in soon.

This move is about growth — creating a space that better serves our clients, allows us to expand, and continues building something we’re really proud of!

In the meantime, we appreciate your patience as we transition. There may be a few moving pieces (literally), but we’re still here! Check out the sneak peek progress pics, with some of the best help!

A big congratulations is due to Alysia Olson for taking the next step in her career with Farm Bureau. Alysia was selected by a panel of Farm Bureau home office personnel and District Managers to participate in an invitation-only training program this week at FBFS headquarters. Only a few Sales Associates from each of our eight states are selected to participate among hundreds in the company.

The week-long session was a deep dive into all of the products and services we offer our clients here at FBFS and an opportunity to connect with her peers from different states and backgrounds. With the completion of the week, she has a much wider base of knowledge and a new job title.

Join me and the rest of the FBFS team in congratulating Alysia on her selection to this group, for working to further her knowledge to better serve you and also for her new job title - Senior Account Executive.

Congratulations and thank you for all you do for Farm Bureau and our clients.
