Self-defense isn’t about looking for trouble—it’s about knowing how to end it if it finds you. The best fight is always the one you never have to be in. But if someone threatens your safety, you need to be mentally and physically prepared to stand your ground.
💡 Awareness is your first defense. Pay attention to your surroundings, trust your gut, and recognize red flags before a situation escalates. The sooner you spot a potential threat, the more options you have to escape safely.
💡 Confidence makes you a harder target. Attackers seek easy victims—someone distracted, hesitant, or unsure. Walking with purpose, making eye contact, and projecting confidence can make them think twice.
💡 If the fight comes to you, commit fully. Hesitation is dangerous. If you have to defend yourself, go all in—strike fast, aim for vulnerable areas, and don’t stop until you can escape.
