Very fun map to look at over the last 23 years. Ok... maybe it's not fun, or maybe I'm just a nerd about real estate?... either way! The Youngstown (tri-county) area is outperforming most of the country right now.

National average is just a shy under 1% YoY appreciation right now, as of December.

Mahoning - 24.3% (actually the highest % nationally!!)
Trumbull - 12.2%
Columbiana - 9%

The area is still seeing that needed growth while most markets have cooled off.
