Meet my newest investment — a stunning 4-bedroom short-term rental in Tempe, Arizona with a pool, premium outdoor entertainment space, and an unbeatable location.

13 years ago, I bought this awesome office building for my senior care business. I recently sold it and used a 1031 Exchange to roll a portion of that money into this new property completely tax-deferred. And I financed the rest with a DSCR loan which is based on the property's rental income and did not require any of my personal income information.
