When receiving Shazam fraud notifications, they should come from the 72718 number. This notification will always be a TEXT.

If Shazam has exhausted that option and does try to call you, that phone number will be a 515* area code.

If you’re getting Shazam fraud calls from any other number- please hang up and call us here at the bank so we can verify. 712-335-3567!

Alternatively, especially for weekend use, please remember that you can go online through the app or website and temporarily lock your card if you’re unsure and unable to verify with us directly.
