I had the chance to see Hennepin County Sheriff Dawanna Witt speak at a luncheon recently. She spoke about how building relationships in the community is key to her office's ability to do their job, from prevention to apprehension to reform. There will always be obstacles and challenges; strong relationships can help minimize the impact and lead to the solution.

After a three-year wait, just being able to attend the 2022 FocalPoint Coaching Conference in-person is fantastic (I've been jumping out of my skin trying to talk to everyone). But being asked to present at that conference and speak in front of 200 peers who amaze and inspire me? That is truly an honor and a blessing.
