State Farm systems were impacted, like many other businesses, by the data center issue AWS had.

State Farm is aware of the issue and working hard to find workarounds.

Many users have reported that they cannot access their account or complete quotes online, this is part of the issue.

We have limited system capabilities in office and just got access back to our system texts.

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you and appreciate your patience. As soon as systems are up we will work diligently to complete all service requests in the order they are received.

We have a power outage, I suspect it’s from the line work being done on Oak Drive. I hope it’s intended shutdown and a linesman didn’t get injured. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we wait for service to be restored.

Estimated repair time is 3:15pm.
