✨ Steve Hissong – VP, Branch Manager
Steve began his mortgage career in 1997 and has spent more than 13 years with Ruoff Mortgage after 15 years with a regional bank. What Steve enjoys most is helping customers find the mortgage solution that best fits their needs while building lifelong relationships along the way.
Born and raised in Plymouth, Steve is a proud husband, father of three, dog lover, community supporter, and longtime youth coach. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find him traveling, bowling, golfing, attending sporting events, or spending time with family and friends.
✨ Jessica Prater – Senior Loan Officer
Jessica has been helping borrowers with Ruoff Mortgage for over 10 years. She loves “game planning” with clients and finding creative solutions tailored to each unique situation. Her favorite part is seeing the excitement and relief borrowers feel when they realize homeownership is possible.
Jessica is a wife, mom of two teenagers, community supporter, and proud dog mom to Ruby, their charcoal Labrador. Outside of work, she spends most of her time cheering on her kids from the bleachers, attending community events, enjoying the outdoors in the summer, or curling up with a good book in the winter.
