CCX Media recently stopped by the 75-acre redevelopment of the former Prudential office campus in Plymouth, Minn. to see how the neighborhood is taking shape and hear from its co-developers, including Roers Companies Senior Development Associate Julia Tollefson.

There's plenty to see! Belterra is now leasing as the first of four apartment communities planned for the site, construction is underway on The Melrose, and new healthcare and retail spaces are in the works.

Opportunities to bring this many pieces together on one site don't come along often. We're excited to help create a walkable suburban neighborhood where residents will have so much right outside their doors.
