That’s a wrap on the 2026 Roers Companies Investor Conference! This year’s conference brought together investors, partners, and industry leaders for meaningful conversations around the evolving multifamily landscape, current market dynamics, and the opportunities ahead.

We’re excited to announce the financial closing of The Sinclair, a new mixed-use community coming to The COR in Ramsey, Minnesota.

The Sinclair will bring 191 market-rate apartment homes and more than 5,100 square feet of retail space to one of the Twin Cities metro's fastest-growing live-work-play districts. Residents will enjoy amenities including a pool, fitness center, lounge, work-from-home space, terrace, and golf simulator, all surrounded by new retail, parks, trails, and gathering spaces.

The welcome mats are out across Arizona. 🔑 Residents are officially moving into Calypso at Ballpark Village in Goodyear AND Alma Apartments in Casa Grande!

Together, these communities bring 419 affordable apartment homes to Arizona, expanding access to quality housing with amenities designed for connection, recreation, and everyday living. From pools and fitness centers to clubhouses, playgrounds, dog parks, and outdoor gathering spaces, both communities offer residents a place to feel at home.

Please join us in celebrating Debbie Elhardt as she heads into retirement! 💙

During her time at Roers Companies, Debbie supported both our construction and corporate teams, becoming someone teammates could always count on to keep things organized and moving forward. Whether she was helping behind the scenes with project coordination, managing office operations, coordinating lunches and events, or welcoming visitors to the office, Debbie brought dedication and attention to detail to the role.

She’ll also be missed for her legendary holiday baking, sense of humor, and ability to make things just a little bit better wherever she stepped in to help.
