🌟 September Agent Spotlight — Renae Barrett
Renae’s journey with Riverside Insurance Agency began behind the scenes, assisting the agency owner, before stepping into an active Customer Service Representative and Agent role in 2021. Since then, she has continued to grow—transitioning from customer service into a full-time Agent and Associate Agent in Columbia.
Her growth has been nothing short of impressive. Renae brings a strong work ethic, loyalty, determination, and a true team-first attitude to Riverside every day. She’s always willing to jump in and help another agent, tackle whatever task is thrown her way, and somehow manage to do it all with her signature touch of sass.
Renae has also become highly knowledgeable in our wildlife services and takes pride in continuing to learn and expand what she can offer our customers. One of her greatest strengths is simply people—she genuinely enjoys communicating with customers, whether they’re hers or another agent’s, and she’s always willing to lend a hand wherever she’s needed.
Her dedication isn’t just about doing her job well. Renae is genuinely invested in the success of Riverside Insurance Agency, her teammates, her customers, and her own continued growth. Watching her evolve into the agent she is today has been something we’re incredibly proud of.
