Did you know that inquiries out on the web (through all kinds of AI search engines including Google AI Overview, Chat GPT, Gemini, etc.) about FHA loans have driven over 50 percent of the traffic year to date to Summit Mortgage's website. The most interesting fact about this statistic is that so far this year less than 15% of our applications have resulted in an FHA application and less than 12% of our funded loans are FHA.
Often times, we find that people default to assuming that FHA loans are the most accessible loans for first time homebuyers or anyone who has low down payment.
