We're excited that & the rest of PA is about to transition to "Phase Yellow," and that many local businesses will begin to open up, just like they have around the country.

An example of something that we've had to live without during this quarantine = haircuts at great Barbershops, like I'm Sergio Conshy.

Here's a video from Nathan Trunfio showing a trick he's used to cut his own hair during this quarantine. Hopefully this video is proof that we’re always trying to provide innovative solutions, whether it’s related to buying homes, or cutting your own hair!

What progress have we made while dealing with the quarantine provisions and restrictions?

Well, we were hoping to have made more progress as we move throughout this projects renovations, but we haven't been able to get crews in here due to the PA construction restrictions and guidelines.

There's always a silver lining though.... we've been using this time to get more bids, reduce construction expenses, and fully nail down the plan and layouts for each room. We'll be sharing the kitchen renderings soon!

We're looking forward to the construction restrictions being lifted so that we can get back to work on all of our projects. So stay tuned for more updates coming soon.

Updates from Montgomery County.

We'll have to wait and see what additional information comes out, but looks like MontCo may be locked down for a while longer.

Hoping that they're able to pass a bill to allow construction and real estate to be deemed "essential"!

Here's our "BIG REVEAL"!! What is the condition of the hardwood?

When we buy properties in any condition, we don't always know every what we're dealing w/ until we demo the house, and get into the project.

On this property, we knew there were hard wood floors under the carpet that's throughout the entire house. This was a big moment because if the floors weren't in good condition, we would need to replace them which would increase our budget :(

You find out at the exact same time as we do in this video.... and you'll see that we got lucky.

After we have our plan, what's the first thing we do in a property..... DEMO!

Check out what this home looks like after most of the demolition is complete. Necessary steps backwards before we go forwards into renovation.
