It’s still a time to be house hunting; are you ready for the home purchase process?
Are your Income documents in order?
Is your credit report ready for underwriter review?
Asset documents, two months bank statements (all pages, even the blank ones and the advertisements)
Anything that needs to be clarified? Job history? credit issues? Income flow?
It is much easier to have a professional guide you through the process. Though there are many guides to help.
By the way: Offers have much more weight when accompanied by a underwriter reviewed pre-approval.
