Excel was founded by Shawnacy Nauroth in 2005 and came to life as a real estate and mortgage firm in the quaint downtown of Pleasanton, California. Today, it's a real estate and mortgage brokerage that brings affordability, unwavering support, and modern tools and resources to agents and loan officers all throughout California. We have come a long way since our modest beginnings, but our vision remains the same: to empower our agents and loan officers so they have a better everyday life, at home and at work.
