The Alameda County Fair is almost here! 🎡

June 19 – July 12, 2026 at the Fairgrounds in Pleasanton.

If you live in or near Downtown Pleasanton, this one’s for you. Nightly concerts at 8pm, fireworks on June 19 and July 4, Monster Trucks, Demolition Derby, Arena Cross, and Truck & Tractor Pulls. It’s loud, it’s fun, and it’s very Pleasanton.

The good news? Summer entertainment basically in your backyard. The trade-off? Your windows may rattle a few times between now and July 12. 😄

Fair season is one of the things that makes this town feel like nowhere else. Small town feel, big summer energy.

1,500 neighbors. One table. One very long street.
That is what happened in Downtown Pleasanton last weekend, and it says everything about why people choose to put down roots here.
The Tri-Valley is not just beautiful neighborhoods and great schools. It is the farmers market, the rodeo parade, the street fair, the familiar faces, and the feeling that your town actually knows you are here.
My family chose this. My daughter chose this.

Pop, fizz, shop, and celebrate community. 🥂

Our second Pop Fizz Shop was such a fun evening, and this video says it best. Clients, friends, family, neighbors, and local vendors all came together for a night filled with connection, conversation, shopping, and a little sparkle.

I was recently told that real estate is going to be “all about commissions.”

I don’t believe that.

Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and most people want more than a transaction. They want someone they trust guiding them through the process.

Someone who knows the market.
Someone who understands the details.
Someone who will advocate for them.

In the end, trust and relationships still matter. Especially in communities like the Tri-Valley.

Keeping a pulse on the Tri-Valley market is part of my daily routine.

Watching inventory. Tracking buyer demand. Studying trends in Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, and San Ramon.

But it’s more than data. It’s knowing the neighborhoods, the people, and the lifestyle that make this area so special.

After nearly 26 years living here, helping clients navigate this market is something I truly love.

This required more trust than I expected.

Suspended in the air. Twisted in fabric. Every instinct telling me to hold on tighter… not let go.

But I did the opposite.

I trusted.

Trusted the voice guiding me. Trusted the experience behind the calm instructions. Trusted that I was capable of more than my fear was telling me.

It reminded me how many of my clients must feel when they begin the buying or selling process. A little unsure. A little uncomfortable. A lot of letting go.

Which is why who you choose matters.

As a local to the Tri Valley for almost 26 years, I know these neighborhoods. I know the streets, the rhythms, and the little things that make each community special. More importantly, I genuinely love where we live.

Still not sure aerial yoga is my new thing… but I am glad I trusted the process.

There is something timeless about the sound of Christmas bells. 🎄🔔

Every holiday season, the bells at St. Michael’s Catholic Church fill the air with Christmas carols, echoing through Livermore and stopping you in your tracks for a moment.

It is simple. It is joyful. It is the kind of tradition that reminds you why this town feels like home.
