Big day for Edward Jones and the Pleasant Hill community! Ted and Pat's last gift to the State of Missouri and the Katy Trail. Over 500,000 people use the Katy Trail each year and this bridge will connect two pieces of the Rock Island Spur over an active railway and get us one step closer to accomplishing Ted and Pat's vision of a trail to run from Kansas Ciry to St Louis.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to be able to attend an event in Mexico MO as we celebrated the 100 year anniversary of Edward Jones. Our first branch office was established in Mexico and growing up in this region of the country made this event extra special for me. After the event I got the opportunity to catch up with our firm's Managing Partner, Penny Pennington.
