🔥 Refinances are rare these days! However, clients purchased a year ago utilizing our no income loan = came with a higher interest rate. In the course of the past year, clients obtained steady W2 jobs and I was able to refinance them out of their high interest rate into today’s market rate (almost 3% reduction to rate) savings of $1,157 per month! Clients are skipping 2 mortgage payments, rolling in their supplemental taxes to be paid at refi and ZERO cash to close! 💃🏻
