Summary:
The Sales Associate role is much more than a sales orientated position. At the Fleeman Agency, this role would be better understood as a Hybrid Sales Associate. In this role you will be expected to maintain long-lasting customer relations, promote the brand through various marketing mediums, and attain sales by means of networking and servicing.
The primary focus of the Hybrid Sales Associate is to cross-sell and service products of existing households. This role enables exponential career growth, especially for self-motivated individuals that possess gumption.
Job Description:
Primary Accountabilities
• Sales available products to new and existing customers.
• Advises customers through diligent policy reviews.
• Collects customer information accurately and fastidiously.
• Retains existing accounts by providing excellent customer service.
Working Conditions:
This position allows flexible full time work hours.
Education and Licenses
• Required by state statutes to have proper insurance licensing to sell, solicit or negotiate insurance products: Property and Casualty, (personal lines authority does not qualify) Life and Health.
• Successfully obtain and maintain property and casualty, life, and health producer licenses for sales and service state(s). Required to pass the state licensing exam for property and casualty, life, and health producer licenses within 60 days of hire date.
