What is the mortgage interest rate outlook for 2022?
Rates are going to go up!
Projections are anywhere from nearly .5% to 1% by years end...putting rates anywhere from 3.5%-4.0% by the end of the year (they are right about 3.0% right now).
What does that mean for you?
1) If you are thinking of refinancing...do it now!
2) If you are thinking of pulling some equity out of your home for repairs, debt consolidation etc....do it now!
3) If you want to buy a home in 2022, the sooner the better!
