They are often labeled by breed charts as “high risk.” But anyone who knows them sees the truth.

A good dog is a good dog.

Even with our new Known Aggressive Dog Exclusion, PCI is not adding breed restrictions. We believe dogs should be evaluated individually. Behavior matters. Stereotypes do not.

That is exactly why PCI still does not have breed restrictions, even with our new Known Aggressive Dog Exclusion. Dogs deserve to be evaluated as individuals. You already understand that, and we want you to know we do too.
